Welcome to Palatine
During my 35 years, working in Palatine, I have done more for the residents than any of these rotten politician. When I see something wrong, I roll up my sleeves and try to correct em. Thats about the only thing that Quinn has said that makes sense. Little did I know, he, Madigen, Alvarez, federal judges and others, would approve of Palatine's Filth. I don't take kindly to a cop or whole village lying to my face, especially, in a court of law, protecting one of their own.

The purpose of the perjury statute is to keep the process of justice free from cont
amination of false testimony. Perjury is considered a serious affront to courts and the administration of justice.
The best known form of perjury is fals
ely answering a question while testifying as a witness at a trial. Before you could be found guilty of perjury, the Gov
ernment must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you knew what the question meant and that you gave knowingly untruthful and mat
erially misleading answers in response to the question. In other words, your knowledge and reasonable understanding as to what is meant by the pers
on asking you the question is critical to a determination of whether you committed perjury. Further, the Government has to prove your state
ment was false at the time you made it. False testimony which is result of honest mistake or inadvertence does not constitute perjury.
Perju
ry is applicable not just to criminal proceedings, but to, among others, bankruptcy, civil service, selective service (draft board), immigration and grand jury proc
eedings.
In addition to perjury constituting a crime in itself, a defendant can be subjected to increased pun
ishment under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines for providing a materially false statement to a judge, a law enforcement officer conducting an investigation into the c
rime for which she was convicted, or to a probation officer preparing her pre-sentence report.
It is very important that if you are g
oing to take an oath to tell the truth that you do so. If you have concerns about what may be asked of you, you should consult an experienced criminal defen
se lawyer in your area who can review the facts of your situation with you and assist you in making important decisions as to your testimony.

Her name is Carol J. Spizzirri.
A little background. Spizzirri is a convicted shoplifter. According to a sworn affidavit by her ex-husband, a court ordered psychological evaluationdiagnosed her as a paranoid schizophrenic and pathological liar. Spizzirri claimed to be a registered nurse and a renal specialist. Her alma mater, now defunct, denied giving her an RN and reportedly she has never been a registered nurse in either Wisconsin or Illinois, as she had claimed. One of her daughtersfiled a protective order against her because of alleged abuse.

Case no. 09M1 175052

I have no income since 2003
I was convicted of a felony DUI,
Chances of driving again is slim, next to nothing
Chances of having a income above or at, poverty level is next to nothing.
I spent all my money, every thing I had on defending my self against cops that were out of their mind, hallucinating during my arrest. It is right there, court evidence, on the police report. The nature of these crimes allows it to have no statue of limitations.
Judge Scotillo and his law bar, his boss Urso, defense lawyers Tatooles, Breslin, appellate lawyer, Glasgow, mayor Mullins, Schwantz, Tatooles, the Palatine and Inverness village councils, police departments, Village attorneys, the Illinois, Cook County, Arizona, Maricopa probation departments, Cook County States prosecutor Alverez and her law bar, Durbin, assistant attorneys Chandra, Andre, Every law School teacher, in the State of Illinois, every federal judge in the US court northern District of Illinois, every chief judge in every cook county court house, Senator Obama, Devine Burris, attorney general Madigan, governor Quinn, the Illinois reform commission, a lot of local elected officials, every us senator, in all about 5, 000 judges, prosecutors, senators, elected officials law teachers, lawyers, Federal, state, county and municipal employees, police departments, law enforcements agencies, fbi
During my probation, I reported to the authorities, extortion, auto theft, insurance fraud, conspiracy to commit murder, mayhem, immigration fraud, labor law violations, wage tampering, osha violation, wire fraud, Rico concerns, but judge Scotillo, and others cared not. Interstate crimes, wire fraud concerns no one.
Those I have contacted chose to become a willing accessory to many crimes in the commission but not limited to the cover up of obstruction of justice and to encourage criminal activity of the courts, state, county local governments, law enforcement.
Those I have contacted chose to ignore their public, civic, moral duty, their higher education, a code of ethics
Those I have contacted chose to plunder, rape, twist, manipulate, alter, destroy, weaken, cut apart.
In my trying to have a equal accountability, of the law, to get some one to have respect for the rule of law, I have lost every thing I had
The law is what ever the fraternal order of police, the law bars, the legislators want it to be, it’s a free for all, no accountability, no responsibility, no respect.
I have no ability to create a income, hold a job. I would like a trial by jury.

Mary Jo suffocated, she did not drown, she did not die on impact. She suffocated while the drunken teddy was worried about how the accident would affect him. If he had simply called for help, Mary Jo would have survived the accident. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2048935/posts

Mary Jo,with out knowing it (at the time), was perhaps the greatest American of all times, her death, prevented a reckless sociopath from becoming president.

Shame on Ted Kennedy, shame on the Massachusetts judicial system, and shame on Massachusetts voters for keeping him in office all these years.
Kennedy was allowed to literally and figuratively walk away from his responsibility in the drowning death of Mary Jo Kopechne.

. and I thought he was the most credible, wrong again.

Exodus 23:1 Thou shalt not raise a false report: put not thine hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.
Deuteronomy 5:20 Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbor.
Mullins ran for state representative in 1992. In 1994 she ran for Cook County board, and in 1998 she ran for Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, Illinois senate in 2006 She lost all four bids.
She nearly lost her mayoral post to challenger Vito Manola, who got 6,384 votes, only 426 votes fewer than Mullins.
"Most of the time, people who want to help in their community help out by running for the school board or the council or some other way of giving back to the community, instead of being presumptuous that they can do the job of chief executive officer before they've had any experience," Mullins said. "Maybe he has a different take on it."
Mullins sought the GOP nomination for an Illinois Senate seat in 2006 but lost a contentious primary to Matt Murphy.
Baker took trucks to where Schwantz worked for a weigh in..... before or after shake downs, your guess is as good as mine. Schwantz is running for mayor, had his kick off, at lamps (the Saturday buck a shot place). Looks like a team player.

Because of the craziness that came during last week's election, I didn't get a chance to write my weekly column.
And, despite the election being more than a week old, I just can't resist making one last mention of it, especially because of the race for Palatine mayor. Truth be told, not too many folks I spoke to gave bagel king Vito Manola much chance at unseating the unsinkable Rita Mullins for mayor.
But a just a few hours after the polls closed April 5, it was apparent Mullins was in a fight for her mayoral life.
