All I want is truth and honesty. Most every one is trying to destroy me, because I want to save this country, this society, from certain death. Killing me, wiping me off the face of the earth, wont change a thing.

.The Village of Palatine, Mayor Schwantz, the city council, manager, Tatooles, and about 5.500 more, knowingly allowed, encouraged a cop to lie, perjure him self, submit false documents to a grand jury, thus I was indited. This has Gov Quinn's and his running mate (senator Paul Simon's daughter) approval, the Crime commission, attorney General Madigan. Dick Devine, Anita Alvarez (Cook County States attorney) offices knew in advance Palatine was going to Provide false information. This behavior has Illinois supreme court Anne Burke and another's approval. This behavior has Federal judges approval . It's incredible how dirty and corrupt these people are and to the lengths they will go to protect their turf, their buddy system. Surly this organized crime and terrorism. These people are hidden extremest, with unlimited, unstoppable power to destroy the American society, from with.

.When you see a Palatine cop where sun glasses when it's dark, there is only one reason. hahahahahah, their so high on drugs, they don't know it's dark and for sure, to keep their blood shot eyes from the public.

I'm not going to join the vast majority, in their game of lies and deceit. Long time ago, the pope came up to me and blessed me. I didn't pay or ask, just happened.

I got more lawyers, cops, government agencies, looking at my blogs, figuring a way to shut me up, throw me in jail. Without upsetting the corruption cart or throwing one of them selfs in jail.

Fact - A lot of people these days, are stepping into or running into Palatine Police cars, hummmmm.

Fact - A lot of people have accidents or receive injuries, in the Palatine Police station or around a Palatine cop, hummmmm.

Fact - A lot of people seem to confess to crimes they have not done in the Palatine Police station or around a Palatine cop, hummmmm.

Fact - Palatine cops lie on the witness stand, provide courts with false documents, hummmmm.

Fact - Schwantz kicked off his mayor campaign, at the bar, known to be a police hang out, I personally advised him not to (through his father), maybe he was having such a good time, is the reason, he ran a bar tab, hummmmm.

Sound factual to me - He could care less if any one was intoxicated when they drove home, nor the bar.

Probably factual - Just like these 2 times a Palatine cop mauls down a resident at 2 or 3 in the morning, I don't think Schwantz or most any one, could care less one way or the other.

Maybe factual - Maybe the guy was drinking at the bar on village property? hummmmm.

Seem like a fact - It is obvious, it seems nobody but me, care what a person does, when he or she leaves, the bar, as to public safety.

A lot of us have been to court and listen to the assistant states attorney tell us how highly trained, observant, skilled, professional, certified, thorough, police are and it amazes me at the number of corrupt, incomptent cops .

I looked up wire fraud and I think it applies to most every one who received my "email" http://www.isba.org/association/july07bn/Twice.htm . I think mail fraud can be added to some people also. Wire fraud alone penalty is "imprisoned not more than 20 years" .

My charges seem to meet and pass the "statue of limitations" section of criminal conspiracy.

We add this federal charge (there are probably others), to all who are, covering up a few Dirty cops and lawyers, and elected officials, don't sound worth it to me.

I read, that the cover up is most always greater than the crime, seems to apply here.

I guess the 30 some odd village lawyers, from one of the firms that represent the Village, can be added to wire fraud (along with the 4k others).

Another business moving out of Palatine, I told you, Palatine is not friendly to merchants (it's like that light switch, goes on and off all the time (like musical chairs, you don't know when it going to switch)). It seems as Schwantz as mayor more people are leaving town. To this date, I have not found one business person, when asked if Schwantz has paid you a visit, asked what he can do for you? But, I agree, to help this merchant move and get out of Dodge.

Schwantz brain dead? or, out of his mind?

During his campaign, Mayor Jim Schwantz hesitated to back the project. He acknowledged the "archaic working conditions," but said he'd hold off for now given the economy. He also questioned the site, saying using a revenue-generating parcel should be avoided.

Monday, Schwantz said he's completely on board.

The chief says one thing, turns around and says another (one chief has to go along with the other, meaning that the fire chief approves, encurages all the rotten crap that I emailed him about), so, I guess if the chief or any chief says jump in a lake, Jim, obviously, would say, sure, OK, if the chief said jump, Jim would obviously ask how high. The chief probably has told Jim, to join the club and enjoy the fruits of criminal behavor, it's great, huge, rewarding, lot of fun, money and power. Better yet, we are the law, beyond accountability, nobody will bother us, we control all the strings, we got judges, the force of the states attorney of Cook County and the whole brotherhood of every cop on our side. Jim probably has jumped right in.

I sent email to every board of govenor of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association (stupid me, still thinking some one cared, that their own, members, x presidents are obstructing justice).

To me is is just like Palatine, the NWSBA's 900 lawyers, must do what the crooked top says or else be removed and then try to get a job.

Why do so many want to go along with this crap is far beyond me, the only explanation, I can come up with, is that, they are all dirty, crooked, corrupt, dishonest, without moral fiber, don't know the meaning of right or wrong, are full of the evil and basicly are the true terrorist of this country and any country. For this criminal activity is the same, no matter what country or religion and or, they got a nice cosy job, and if they want to keep it, they better go with the flow,

The Village manager (once, seemed to be the best of the lot) and the Police chief have no problem with, and encourage, perjured testimony, false documents, fabricating evidence, tampering with a witness, misleading the court, hallucinating on the job, which make them criminals, accessories or something, besides not being very nice people.

How can a person with no respect for the law, tell us about public safety?

How can a cop go to a school and tell the kids one thing, then turn around and help some one get injured, maul some one over, haullsnate on patrol, in the station, where every thier fancy, lie to a judge, take a bribe, pop a few pills from the evidence room, get wasted at The mayor's campeign kick off bar?

Do you think these kids are stupid? Apparently so, and apparently city hall thinks the rest of us are stupid.

Public safety also, is to have a open, honest government, police force, fire department, community development, village council and mayor you can trust, be drug free and sober. A judge, lawyer, prosecutor, that has no respect for the law, law bars (and a local one) that obstructs justice is a public safety issue.

The public safety issue priority seems a little off.

I think it is reasonable to ask, who in their right mind would believe any thing they said?

Maybe Jim ran another bar tab at lamp's (re;kick off campaign) and with buckets of beer and handfuls of buck a shot shooters, while the rest of the police force, at the bar, falling off the bar stools, hashed it all out, Maybe then went over to the bar on city property, got a village discount and finished the night, or scooted over to Hummels brewery and made more deals, maybe to sell his house, like Mullins did or how about a park, the park district can make another park.

Don't talk about public safety issues, until you know what your talking about, is what I say.

A cop mauling down a citizen at 3 in the morning is a public safety issue, sounds like reckless disregard for life to me.

One of Jim's favorite bars (re;campaign celebration party), (that's on city property, rent free, free parking in city garage) that has the capacity of 1200 people, serving 3600 drinks per hour (3 drinks per hour) times 8 hours, is a public safety issue. sounds like more reckless disregard for life to me.

Having Village council members clean up a crime scene at the request of chief Bratcher, is a public safety issue. sounds like a tampering with evidence to me.

Bratcher (chief's) son taught by his father how to torture a prisoner in order to get false confession, is a public safety issue. sound like the chief and son are criminals and more reckless disregard for law to me.

Cops extracting false confessions, with village council approval is a public safety issue. sounds like breaking the law to me.

The high accident rate of prisoners in police lock up, is a public safety issue. sounds like police brutality to me.

Cops on drugs on duty or not is a public safety issue. sounds like a crime to me.

Cops doing shake downs on pull overs is a public safety issue. sounds like a crime to me.

Cops tampering with evidence is a public safety issue. sounds like crime to me.

That person that got murdered, the police knew of the threat but felt it, no big deal, so let the person and mother get murdered, that is a public safety issue. sounds like major incompentcy to me.

Having the fire department aid in the obstruction of justice, perjured testimony, false documents, is a public safety issue, I guess Forten or the chief will say they don't know what I'm talking about. sounds like organized crime to me.

The building department ordering the plumbing inspector to look the other way to have non license plumbers do plumbing work is a public safety issue. sounds like additional crimes and disregard for public health.

Purchasing Menards for $4.6 million bucks over market value and condemning Kmart so they can steel it is a public safety issue. sounds like another kick back to me.

Having Anita Alveraz and Lisa Madigen aid and cover up, look the other way, is a public safety issue, they are just 2 more criminals with a badge, we have to add the gov, he could order his crooked state police to arrest these crooks in Palatine, Inverness, Arlington Hts., in the courts, if he wasn't so corrupt himself (he has been informed by me (see the online form, I filled out, on one of these blogs)). sounds more like major organized crime, with more badges.

Officer Wenrich, Hunter, and others, hallucinating on the job, raiding the evidence room for drugs or maybe another cop, shift commander or deputy chief (what ever he was) Haas (now chief of inverness) thinking nothing of it, probably getting a little also, Chief Bratcher, passed out at some bar while his kid is beating false confessions from some one they grab off the street, his dectives so high on drugs or mentally uncompetent, file a report of a murder threat, in the circular file cabnets. I feel is a public safety issue. sounds pritty bad to me, and Schwantz is right there leading his troops around the the local watering holes, leading all other towns in corruption, police brutality and mass alcholism. Maybe, Schwantz going to get them Bear tickets also?

I still think his run for mayor was a bar bet, with one of his buddies.

A lot of these people committing crimes left and right within the government are criminals, they have gotten away with this behaviour for a long time but nothing is for ever. The only safety they are concerned about is there off shore bank accounts and keeping the status quo. sounds like hiding money, kick backs, organized crime to me.

.I wish some one would wise up. . Bottom line is don't lie to my face, not in a court of law or behind my back, I don't like it, and it is against the law to lie under certain situations (Yes, I think it is legal to lie, it is legal to provide false documents (we all know at least in Scotillo's and every other judge I contacted, that has done nothing (including all the us northern court district (i got a blog on that also)) The judge handling the blogo matter is more crooked than blogo, only in Chicago or some 3 rate country). Real bottom line is, don't lie, honesty is the best policy, love thy neighbor, help and give to others, say no to drugs, and try to be something worth respect.

Look at mayor Dayley's parking meter kick back scheme, that went to the company his brother works for, then look at the sudden compensation he received. Exact same M.O. as Obama, throwing work to his wife's firm and the sudden compensation she recieved. This is non stop. Lisa Madigan says don't have the money to prosecute the cops that tortured residents, way back when Dayley was D.A. of Cook County. Maybe Chief Bratcher learned from these Chicago cops, how to torture, extract false confessions.

There is nothing wrong with Jim, to do his own investigations on matters, and make decisions accordingly. Rather than rely on the status quo.

A lot of not nice things happen to people locked up, pulled over or that come across a Palatine cop.

Naturally he welds much bigger stuff also.

His dad had been one of my few friends for 30 plus years, has helped me, driving me around or stop by on a job if he wasn't doing any thing or in the neighborhood, buying more than his share of lunches, reaching into his pocket to give me some spending money (not the only one), during this madness I've had with the Palatine police. As a matter of fact he went with me to court a few times. For me it is simple, Jim will be either for or against this behavior. He now has a team, he is the head coach, kick off, first game starts shortly.

Let's not forget, he is not a politician yet. I hope Jim makes it, kind of like a grass roots thing. We all want to believe in a good thing. But often reality is much different and what we believe is good, is not.

But none the less laws have been broken and as long as every one is on the law less side, there is no problem.

This activity of a perjury, false document, misleading the court, evidence tampering, a cop so high on patrol, did not know what road he was on, what color car he was following, where he pulled me over and the cover up that followed, as far as I know is criminal.

If you think this was the first, and only, you got to be nuts.

The cops have a union, they have rights. Wenrich said in court, I have no rights Scotillo, and the appellate agreed.

That means Schwantz has no rights also or was it just me? Maybe now, Schwantz has more rights than Wenrich thinks.

So what is going to happen to the criminal part? I don't have to prove a thing, it's all there in there in the court documents.

I can say, I've known Jim's family (grand parents, mom, dad, brothers) for years and years, and they're good neighborly folk, in winter time, for example, Bill (Jim's dad) takes the tractor out and plows the neighbors drive way, other things, he does, is like, weld up a kids broken bicycle if cracked, a busted lawn mower, a mail box, a bbq, little stuff, I've seen it in his shop or in the back of his truck, fixing and welding things that, no one else would touch, you name it, a neighborly guy to strangers, helping other people, Jim's dad, Bill, is OK in my books. Naturally he welds much bigger stuff also.

His dad had been one of my few friends for 30 plus years, has helped me, driving me around, when he wasn't doing any thing, buying more than his share of lunches, reaching into his pocket to give me some spending money (not the only one), during this madness I've had with the Palatine police. As a matter of fact he went with me to court a few times. Baker has terrorized these few friends also (up and down Colfax, left and right). I don't think he got Bill but Bill was worried, I don't think Baker will hit Bill for a shake down now or any time soon.

I would imagine this is the joke around town, for sure, up and down Colfax,

Since then, his son decided to run for mayor, now his son is steeping into this crap, I have one less friend, he will always be a good man, in my books. I guess this is all my fault. These are the kind of friends I have, few, but, real Mc Coy's.

I did not ask Wenrich to be higher than a kite the night he pulled me over, I did not ask the Village of Palatine to cover it up, I did not ask, the Village of Palatine to produce false documents to a court of law. I did not ask Wenrich to give perjured testimony in a court of law. I did not ask Mayor Tatooles's nor his brother (defense lawer #1 of 5) to aid in the cover up.

I feel this is obstruction of justice (to say the least), should not be allowed to happen to any one. I am sure it has.

If it happened to me, to that guy and that guy, it can happen to any one.

Mullins and her village council had no problem with this any of this, in fact encouraged it.

I hope Jim thinks this is a problem and convinces the village council to change their course of thinking.

Jim will be stepping into on going criminal activity. I would think, a lot of of elected officials do the same. Criminal activities that started way before he thought about running for mayor. But now, he should know before he gets there, and what to do.

For me it is simple, Jim will be either for or against this behavior, he now has a team, he is the head coach, kick off, first game starts in a few.

Let's not forget, he is not a politician yet. I hope Jim makes it, kind of like a grass roots thing. We all want to believe in a good thing.

Sidebar Maybe he will do a bang up job and run for US senator in 2 years. or fumble right out of the gate (I hope not (like I said before, if he's half as good of a man as his father is, he's, all right)), far above the dirt, he's stepping into.

But he either keeps this type of action in place at the Palatine Police department and other departments, looks the other way or remove and replace with higher quality employees. Create some steps that provide a higher quality police department and village hall for that matter.

I don't hire or fire village employees. I think the mayor and village council has something to do with this.

This activity of a perjury, false document, misleading the court, evidence tampering, a cop so high on patrol, did not know what road he was on, what color car he was following, where he pulled me over and the cover up that followed, as far as I know is criminal.

If you think this was the first, and only, you got to be nuts.

The cops have a union, they have rights. Wenrich said in court, I have no rights Scotillo, and the appellate agreed.

That means Schwantz has no rights also or was it just me? Maybe now, Schwantz has more rights than Wenrich thinks.

So what is going to happen to the criminal part? I don't have to prove a thing, it's all there in there in the court documents.

Arrest me?

I wish more people would come forward, there are plenty of em that can and should.

What will Jim do?

with a crooked police department?

cops taking pay offs, on drugs, going to court and giving perjured testimony, false documents, tamper with evidence, plant evidence, beat up prisoners, tampering with a witness?

is it same as usual or we going down a different path.

What will Jim do?

when residents come to board meetings and complain that the village lied to em?
threaten the citizens with jail?

What will Jim do?

if he asks the cops to straighten up and they say no, welcome aboard

I would like Jim to clean up this crap, instead of becoming apart of it.

But

Anita Alvarez, Lisa Madigan and the Gov don't seem to want to clean up this crap.

Has he herd or will start hearing, how the cops and the village have terrorized business owners. This town has not been a not a happy camper to the majority.

But

Change? Will there be "change" when one of the people responsible for the mayor-elect is former District 2 councilman Jim Wilson. That's right, the same Jim Wilson people voted out of office after 25+ years. Mr. Wilson may be gone but he is still a driving force in Palatine politics.
