During my 35 years, working in Palatine, I have done more for the residents than any of these rotten politician. When I see something wrong, I roll up my sleeves and try to correct em. Thats about the only thing that Quinn has said that makes sense. Little did I know, he, Madigen, Alvarez, federal judges and others, would approve of Palatine's Filth. I don't take kindly to a cop or whole village lying to my face, especially, in a court of law, protecting one of their own.

Palatine lied in wavered grand jury testimony. The mayor's brother got me to sign the waver, The mayors brother, the cook county states attorney's office and Judge Scotillo knew that the arresting officers testimony was false, pre trial, a lie, perjury must occur for my prosecution and to maintain the illusion of the integrity of the Village of Palatine.. supreme court justice Anne Burke and another (who called me right after the trial, before sentencing (see below)), attorney general, Madigan and cook county states attorney Alvarez and Devine has given approval for this disgraceful, criminal conduct along with 5'500 plus others. This also met State senator's Durbin, Obama and Burris approval. I contacted all senators. I hired 5 lawyers, to get to the truth, but Judge Scotillo, his law bar and extortion powers, persuaded all my lawyers, obstruction of justice, to preserve the lawlessness of a Village is more important. It's against the law to lie to a grand jury, or to wave a grand jury indictment under false pretense. I thought the mayors brother was protecting me, not the dirty cop. I thought (2 time law bar president of Scotillo's law bar) was honest, truthful so when the mayors brother told me to wave my rights to a grand jury. I did.. No one cares. 5 years later, how many similar events occurred, by this one cop? 2 cops? 3 cops? A entire police force? Every department in the entire village? Every village, every cop in the county? Every county in the State? Every state in the United States?

The mayors dad, gramps and I, were close friends for decades. Bill went to court with me and watched the Palatine cops make a fool out of them selfs.. When his kid became mayor of Palatine, a proud father that always supported his sons, right or wrong, this life long friendship ended. It's amazing how the power of corruption can change people, you thought were solid as a rock. We did joke about it ..... "will not be able to hang around with the likes of me any more" he's moving up in society.

How come, obstruction of justice, a cover up, perjury, false documents, organized crime, terrorism, bribery, is not a equal opportunity punishment crime? Written law in reality means what? Ethics or a judicial cannon means nothing to a lot of people.

My lawyer (the mayors brother), knew that the Palatine cop's report was false and that the cop's testimony was perjury. My Lawyer (the mayors brother) aided in the obstruction of justice. Mayor Mullins, Mayor Tatooles, Mayor Schwnatz got my "email", along with 5,500? others.

My lawyer was a judge Scotillo's law bar president. The judge ruled his x bar president, mayors brother, incompetent. Must have been part of the game. To look look important. If the judge rules a lawyer incompetent (before the trial began), I would think, I should have the right to get a lawyer that was competent. But it don't work that way, it's all a game played on saps like you and me.

The office of the Cook County States attorney's office (Dick Devine), prosecutor Chandra and co prosecutor Andre, new before hand, the cops testimony was perjury and the police report was false. Did they all lie and mis led the grand jury?

I hired, lawyer # 1, (x president of the judges law bar, mayors brother), lawyer # 2 (governor of the judges law bar), lawyer #3 (maybe he is not a governor?), Lawyers # 4 and 5 (to do the appeal), lawyer # 6. None of them could tell Scotillo nor the mayors brother, nor the prosecutor, nor the cop, that they have made a mockery out of the criminal justice system. Or say, they should be ashamed of them selfs. They created a "you owe me" Scotillo. BesidesAlveraz is the matriarch of the Chicago bar and Scatillo's wife the matriarch of her law bar. If the judge tells you to threw a case or your not going to practice law, I guess a sleaze ball lawyer, has to obey.

I contacted every federal judge down town, every lawprofessor in Illinois, no body cares, but me? The law has no respect for the law. The government has no respect for the government.

The cops were high on drugs during court, or plain & simple, knew there were no penalties for his criminal conduct. The appellate court praised Scotillo for praising a cop (Wenrich) that lied to his face...... who's the fool?

The cop didn't know the color of my car, the road he's on, the town he's in, higher than a kite. All the other cops went along with it. Hunter was sitting right next to him (top state DUI cop, but could not tell Wenrich was tripping out of his mind, the surveillance video should prove this (I told Tatooles, but he didn't care). The shift commander? is now the Chief of Inverness. The chief I think was the one who's kid tortured some one, into a false confession with Alveraz, Madigan, the mayor, village council, council of the council, village manager approval, shoot, it seems with every ones approval. Authorized human right violations. Obama and Durbin, didn't say any thing, i guess it's OK with them. Does it not make them accessories to torture? Madigan and the mayor of Palatine are for sale, call it a campaign contribution or a consulting fee. Blogo talks about it and goes to jail. Like I said in a post, blago should have beenMayor of Palatine.

I think email about a cover-up and obstruction of justice adds federal crimes, to the whole mix. But then, I contacted theFBI, they don't care also.

One of the village council members emailed me and said he don't like my blogs..... not going to change a thing, but don't like my blogs, same with the manager there has been email between the manager and village council. There were a few other return communications. with in the 5,500 emails.

5 years go by, nothing changed, except more lies, false documents and perjury, if this ain't terrorism, organized crime, than what is? The Gov and his crime commission are accessories. Senator Obama nor Durbin cares, nor the 98 others. I contacted them all. How many Illinois supreme court justices must I contact, until I get the point, they are just a corrupt as a dirty cop.

Just think, this crap, goes on every day, day in and day out, non stop. The damage to our society, our nation, the world, is incompressible. You think the village manager is clean?

You think law bars are the answer? Chicago Law Bar or the American Bar Association, NO, they don't care. I would assume, saw Schools have a class or 2 about the values of laws in a society and what would happen once the justice system broke down......

I think it's important to be honest, truthful, respectful, to know right and wrong, to be kind to others, neighborly and helping others is a good thing. It seem, I'm just about the only one that thinks this way and I will keep thinking this way. Just because every one else is a crook, has no morals, dishonest, that don't mean I have to be or, the next guy.

This nonstop corruption of law, will be the death of the very society, which law is to protect. If you ask me, this is terrorism, organized crime.

What does a person do, to report a crime? Contact a cop? Contact the village council? Call the mayor? Contact the County states attorney? Contact a judge? Contact a federal judge? Contact the attorney general? Contact the gov? Contact a law school? Contact the senators? Contact the FBI? I CONTACTED THEM ALL and nothing. Most every thing I blog about is public information. You don't need to be a rocket scientist for the rest. A dirt bag is a dirt bag, Plain and simple.

The Palatine Police must have arrested 20,000 or more, people since my arrest. With village, prosecutors, and judicial approval of this disgraceful conduct, I wounder how many other crooked trials, perjured testimony? Just because a cop, States attorney and judge may choose to lie in court, it still don't make it right,

With the ADDITIONAL approval and assistance of Alvarez, Madigan, Quinn, Scotillo, federal, state and county judges, law bars, law professors, and about 5500 others. Quinn's crime commission knew about this, Devine and Obama.

THIS CRIME HAS NO STATUE OF LIMITATIONS

How much did this cost and who bought the property before selling it to the park district (standard M.O. Palatine).

Like the Village and the Manards deal (one of many), where the city paid $4.6 million over market value.

Let's not forget about the fire stations around town, I would bet there is another one comming around here soon.

Some one is making a bunch of money. This was part of Mullins circle ( the left foot has to know some things that the right foot is doing).

We the people of Palatine or me would like to see the records of,

who owned, at what price and for how long at what price,

all real estate, involved with in the Village of Palatine for the past 40 years.

I would also like to know who, what, when and where as to but not limited to expenses, commissions or promotional fees associated with these properties.

In that above example, do I look like the guy that will say here, take this, go get something cool to drink as you wait for the buss?

Do I look like a guy that would help someone unload a semi of water heaters at 3 in the morning in the rain?

Do I look like a guy that if came across a legal immigrant (with next to no, clothing), take him to salvaton army, buy a bunch of clothing (not everyone that comes to this country come, with a silver spoon) ?

Do I look like the guy that would give a guy if asked money for a cup of coffee, money for a meal?

Do I look like a guy that would reach into his pocket and pay all expenses for some one to learn, from a week end at sewer and drain expo, full of training, education, presentations, equipment, new technics

I like helping others, I feel it's a good thing, more people should help more people.

cops splattering any ones brains or guts all over the pavement, if some one gets in their way and it's legal a village with state, county, judicial and law enforcements blessing to lack ethic and moral values, to break, bend, twist law at pleasure, a pillar of dishonesty in biblical proportions. A village that is a crime against humanity, that re defines and set new standards in corruption day after day.

Who do you report corruption or a crime involving judges, cops, elected officials to? Did I forget some one? look at 2 of Drew Peterson's wifes, we all know the story, they each filed police reports a bunch of times, now, one dead, the other missing. It is bad enough the church told the last one to get lost. Who in that police department or the dupage states attorney's office, or the mayor or the city council, is charged with accessory to murder, obstruction of justice, tampering with evidence, submitting knowingly false reports, perjury? Any thing? We got the same mentality in Palatine, Cook County, Dupage County, Illinois, it don't matter, if the crime is torture, murder, rape, mayham, you name it. It's a one way finger pointing system (and it aint point up), These guys could go to church until they are blue in the face, The good ole boys aint budging The people that should care don't and the people that do care are probably just regular folk, tired, beat, worn out, hard working, on the loosing side of the stick and people wounder why this country is falling apart.

Schwantz and the village council invites people and are ready to served 25,000 oz. of Ethanal (alcohol in drinks) per week end and if you kill your self or another, in the process, who cares (besides me)?, they certainly don't and if you survive, they'll arrest you, then beat a confession out of you (the ole slip and fell story), for a crime you know nothing about. Thats about the same as 195 gallons of watered down gasoline. Served in small portions, mix it with some juices, beer, wine or something other, guarenteed to taste good and kill ya, one way or another

Hi, Mike Mars here, author of these blogs. A plumber around town for 35 years. The spelling, grammar, the way I say something, may not be the best way. No body wants to help. I think you'll get a good idea what's on my mind..... I don't like people lying, to my face, behind my back, to others, under oath, in court, in church, in school, on reports. I don't like the cover up. I don't think it's a good thing.

As far as I know, these blogs are truthful. I'm not slinging mud just to sling mud. I'm just throwing it back in their face. I did not cast the first stone, nor did I bear false witness against thy neighbor.

To those international blogger's, I give you a glimps (look) into main stream USA law, Illinois law, Cook County law, Chicago law and suburban law, it is not a nice picture. My trial is done and over. I paid my debt to society. I think these officer of the court should pay their debt to society also.

I have sent over 3,000 emails; law schools, lawyers, prosecutors, judges, attorney generals, mayors, governors, senators and the president of the USA, to churches, businesses, to main stream.

No one seems to wants to take responsibility for the criminal conduct of a dirty cop, dirty lawyer, dirty prosecutor, dirty judge. Just leave it alone and let this unlawful conduct continue.

Palatine down town, re-development blitz, master plan, is now ready to serve, 25,000 drinks a day, to those thirsty residents and you can park, for no charge, in a village garage. Then try to get home......hahahaha down below, I got a google map pointing out the diffrent watering holes

One bar is at the American Legion, Fred Hall (x-head of the park district) is leading veterans to oblivion.

Another is where the police brass, slug em down.

Another is where the Chamber, likes to wet their wistle.

Another is a discount bar where u will find cops falling off the bar stools, or busting any one hitting on their lady friends.

then the guy who did a $ billion? re-development blitz, who gave the mayor $1/2 million in consulting fees (bought the 1/2 lot across the street from the mayor for $350k over market value) has a micro brewery and a eatery.

Then there is a huge bar on the city's metro property, with live bands.

So you see, there is something for every one.

1 liqure store, plus Osco that sells booz and you probably can get something to go at all the other places (aim to please their customers)

and as you drive out of Palatine, in any direction, there are pleanty of other places that will liqure you up.

humm, after you pay of a judge at the Law bar, you can walk accross the parking lot to AAA or another bar.

If you want action, give a cop or village council member or mayor a bribe, call it a consulting fee, heck, others do it, well published and your life might become a lot easier or as a cop is falling off a bar stool, buy him a few more drinks, there are a few cops in town that take road side cash, and a few that take hallusnating drugs as they patrol the streets, or the mayor might be there buying a-round, running a tab, supporting his team of thugs.

Best thing, is this is court approved, with a in town law bar, stop in and pay off a judge, make a donation, to his favoret off shore bank account, If you got enough money, they can send you to the guy that might be able to, sell you a judgeship. A one stop and shop. kind of a place. The surrounding towns are right there to support you all the way.

All the dirt, corruption, pay-off's, thugs, that Chicago has, is right here, in the burbs.

I think we all expect when a cop is in court, his testimoney would be truthfull.

I think we all expect when the village council promises something to citizens, not to go back on its word.

I have supported a village softball and foot hocky teams for 10 years and several school kid teams, thinking it was good to help promote sportsman ship, good clean sports, team spirit. I never in my wildest mind thought the people I worked with in the village, would go along with all of this dirt, but then, go with the flow or get fired.

Get pulled over by a Palatine cop, you don't know what lies he'll tell, or story he'll make up, what drugs he is on, maybe they will make you confess to a crime you didn't commit, or who knows what will happen, a trip to hell almost guaranteed

this story is about the time I was in the community development center taking out a permit, YES! you her me right. The lady in front of me was in tears (I have seen this many times) and starting to loose it.

She lived on Palatine road, North side, I would say about 2 or 3 blocks East of 14.

During a heavy storm a Village tree in the back yard fell. Broke a section of fence.

The city removed the broken tree.

Then the owner got a fence company to fix the fence.

A regular chain link fence.

The village - imposed a fine, made her get a surveyor (to make sure the fence was on her property), made her replace the entire whole fence. Because it no longer meets codes.

This matter must have cost her close to $10,000

Mullins ran for state representative in 1992. In 1994 she ran for Cook County board, and in 1998 she ran for Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago, Illinois senate in 2006 She lost all four bids.

She nearly lost her mayoral post to challenger Vito Manola, who got 6,384 votes, only 426 votes fewer than Mullins.

The once upon a time? Palatine fire fighter (aka Mr. sump pump?) make shift plumber (not a licensed plumber), that was doing major, major plumbing at a church parish (2 blocks from lamps), Harry got up set about non licensed plumber doing plumbing work (state law). The powers above Harry prevailed and corruption from within Palatine over ruled state plumbing law's again and once again put the public health at risk.

This was the guy that put installed a building sewer backwards on Stephen (2nd house from corner). The same house that the city lost a backhoe? (fell into the ditch) after the guy tried to connect the water line to the house......(I did not see any of this but heard about it). At this time Harry is not allowed to inspect his work. So the village and I guess, one of his fire buddies approved his illegal and wrong plumbing work there after).

Former Bears/Cowboys/49'ers linebacker Jim Schwantz is running for mayor of Palatine.

Schwantz works as an account sales manager at Palatine-based based Von Sydow's Moving and Storage company. And he's a motivational speaker who's involved in several local charities.

But, he says he's ready for a career change into politics.

On WBBM 780-AM, he co-hosts the Bears pre-game and post-game shows.

I'm a product of Palatine," Schwantz, 38, told supporters at the village's downtown train station.

"Most of the time, people who want to help in their community help out by running for the school board or the council or some other way of giving back to the community, instead of being presumptuous that they can do the job of chief executive officer before they've had any experience," Mullins said. "Maybe he has a different take on it."

Mullins sought the GOP nomination for an Illinois Senate seat in 2006 but lost a contentious primary to Matt Murphy.

Baker took trucks to where Schwantz worked for a weigh in..... before or after shake downs, your guess is as good as mine. Schwantz is running for mayor, had his kick off, at lamps (the Saturday buck a shot place). Looks like a team player.

Because of the craziness that came during last week's election, I didn't get a chance to write my weekly column.

And, despite the election being more than a week old, I just can't resist making one last mention of it, especially because of the race for Palatine mayor. Truth be told, not too many folks I spoke to gave bagel king Vito Manola much chance at unseating the unsinkable Rita Mullins for mayor.

But a just a few hours after the polls closed April 5, it was apparent Mullins was in a fight for her mayoral life.

The redevelopment that was corrupt for the beginning.

I watched the meetings in which the mayor and council members told citizens of Palatine who were complaining about the lies fed to them to leave, shut up, get out or be arrested.

Warren was one of those council members.

I wonder about the sale of a house to a Village of Palatine council man that Hummel built, this one, at his old yard, he subdivided, off of Quinten

It has always been know about lamp's being a cop bar.
At the time of the Brown's murders, I would bet you could find
about 1/3 of the cops there at one time, on duty or off, it didn't matter. One of the guys hung around some of the bars in town. I thought he got tangled up with a drunk a cop.

I mean if you look back the cops were in no hurry to show up.

I think they were at the bar screwing around. Smith is the closest, major road out and north from lamps.

The state police must have known the cops were at the bar on duty.

your at the right place, just glance at my blogs and this is real and it is now. Next time you get pulled over by a cop or in front of a judge, expect and bet on one or more of the above and if it don't happen, buy a lotto ticket, your lucky day.

Have a cop do a B.A.C. or a urine test before work and after and the whole police department will quit...... which might be a good thing, hire newbies.

just a thought

I did a job the other day, for a church. The maintenance foreman and I had a casual conversation, as I'm working, preachers are talking about people helping one and another and the possibility of death ears.

This idea I had the next day and I submitted it to the church

Ask the congregation if these words are on death ears? What has some one done for who? When, once a day, once a week, once a month, once every other day?

Maybe mention; amongst other things we should do in life, without asking, is honesty, helping others, kindness, giving. A seemingly lost ability. If some one is not telling the truth, stop the conversation and let him know. Not being truthful has gone so long un checked, we must correct. People's lies and dishonest is so rampant, this in it's self is one of the worst diseases on the face of the planet. (this could be the topic of other sermons, which I would suggest a similar drop box)

Ask the congregation, are you paying attention? In this church service we have 300 people listening to me or not

Next week I would like a note from every one, about what they did for some one. If you found in your time to help 1 person 1 time, let us know. If you found in your time you helped some one or were kind to some one, a few time, let us know.

We will have a drop box or put in in the offering plate.

We will post. We will show other church members, show the world, we will add effort, strength, energy to your kindness, this will grow and manifest to create more love and moral fiber more goodness.

Now if next week if there are only 10 acts of helping some one, that this whole congregation has done, in the past 7 days for its neighbors, there is a problem, it is not enough. We must address, what is wrong? If leaving church and some one cuts you off and you do not retaliate,..... that is one, it's a start, try another.
