As far as I know, this bartender, is one of those that get the Palatine police force riped out of there heads, every night.
The husband, now wants $2,500 cash plus attorney costs to date? and he wont deport her, before the court date next week.
His wife went to immigration and the Palatine police department, both basically telling her, no law has been broke, her life is worthless, he can do as he pleases.

I make a few postings, about a nice person, that went to the Palatine Police department, in fear for her life, looking for some help, to report, but not limited to, physical, mental abuse, extortion, intimation, and violent threats by her husband).
Palatine Police department told her, your husband has committed no crime. Come back when a crime has been committed.
.I found this hard to believe, we all know what that means, he has to kill you first (Palatine has a history of women asking for help, being refused, then ending up dead).
The Police department, is the direct enforcement branch of the village manager, mayor and council.

I said, you can't trust him. This is extortion, black mail, by your husband, the man you love. He will take your money and still deport you, call your lawyer, make a contract, apart of a divorce settlement. I even said "call a cop".
I said "even if nobody else follows the written law, you must try, no body knows any more what the actual law of the land is. Written law most of the time is not followed. Nobody cares". I also said "consider morals, what's morally right and wrong.
Immigration said your life is worthless, your husband can do what he wants. I was right there, heard it with my own ears, You can't trust a cop, a village, a government that lies under oath, with blessings of the courts, which then makes the courts corrupt. When you went to the police they said get lost.
In all reality, you might have to pay this extortion, I don't know, this sucks, call your lawyer and she what she says".

As far as I know this is extortion, blackmail and who knows what else. In the movies, hook up a wire, make the pay off and a criminal is arrested? I think there is more law and order on the "law and order" show than in reality.

Hear is a story (I herd), We all know Baker of the Palatine police department. Arrested some one, a locale merchant, driving a truck. In court, the merchant showed the judge the "Illinois rules for the Road book", Officer Baker is wrong, it says so right here in the book. The judge said I don't care what the Illinois rules for the Road book says, Bakers interpretation is the only thing that matters. You Guilty. Baker asked another guy (that I know of) during a road side pull over to make a immediate cash payment to me and save some money. He's done other stuff (that I know of), that makes you wounder, what kind of law enforcement officer is he?
If this ain't, law less, what is? This is now history, law is based upon history, also (garbage in garbage out). If this ain't organized crime, what is?

Your a elected official, this woman don't have huge money to make a bribe, a political contribution, or pay a personal advisement fee.
I once or twice, emailed you about a crime, and you became apart of the crime, so did 5,500 others.
Any idea's what she can do other than? Call a dirty cop?
Maybe the cop would run someone over on the way to talk to her, or want a cash road side payment, file another false report or torture some one in the process. No sense calling a cop, that may come over, high on drugs or don't know the town he's in, hallucinating, while on patrol.
Palatine cops are known for major dirt, corruption, lawlessness, recklessness. It's the Village manager, mayor and council that seem to set the standards for enforcement.

My friend is equally afraid of the police. Terrified as a matter of fact. They told her once, to get lost? Drop dead? Go away once, what's changed?
For me, my take on the village attorney reply was; why would the village attorney tell some one to call a terrorist, who happens to be a police commander who enjoys unrestricted criminal activity, who aids and encourages perjury, false documents, drunkenness, recklessness, torture. Who in their right mind, would give such a person a call? Give a capo of organized crime a phone call? Who in their right mind tell some one to call such a criminal?
I wounder how many kick backs, bribes, extortions, false documents, perjury, beatings, shootings, murders, he has committed? What about wire fraud? How many criminal cases has he tampered with. How many coverups has he been involved in?

If something happens to that women who asked The police for help from a abusive husband, that serves booze, gets cops waisted, drugs and women, I would bet, that woman's mother (a major in the Russian Army). The village attorney, didn't want to address, Why the village aided in the perjury, false documents, obstructed justice, bribery, extortion, kick backs, influence peddling, etc. Just another crooked lawyer firm (if you ask me)..
