Palatine police officer Wenrich, Hunter, rookie on duty at the time of case number 04-c3-30337, and Baker, lets not forget Baker, shift commander, police chief, Palatine Mayor, and Village Board, 1 retired supreme court justice, and appellate judges jj, o'malley, tully, pj, mcnulty.

Mike Cassady decided after working aggressively on setting up the massive Palatine re development project to quit 5 months early and go to work for the Hummel. I heard the same week he quit, he moved out of his $150,000 house in Palatine to a $3/4 million dollar house in Inverness. I guess he then supervised the massive billion $ re development. I don't think I ever met Mike Cassady. Every one seems to be happy except for a bunch of Palatine citizens. That one of those lies, i was talking about. I was watching a village board meeting and some citizens came up and said that the board lied to them about the size and shape of that building where dirty Nellies use to be (they were right, the picture the city put up on the site, didn't even look close). But the mayor and her Hench men, told the citizens to shut up, sit down, leave, this topic is not on the agenda for today or be arrested. If there was a archive of these meetings, I'm sure you will see the same many times.

You would think there is a major problem here. Alcoholism is the largest decease out there. What does Palatine do....I would bet, enjoy sales tax and shake downs.
It is against law to be in public 1 hour after consumption of 1 beer (bac 0.1) = public intoxication or driving while impaired ) dwi.
dui is driving under the influence a bac .08 or greater.
Either way it is a ticket, a criminal offense with one being a little worse.
