The village council, Schwantz, approve, go along, don't care, who cares, of the cops giving perjured testimony, false documents, torture, false confessions, hallucinating on the job, mauling over people, so naturally, of course, they would approve of in house investigationn, after all, there is a history of not liking and squashing investigations by others.

This tells you what the mayor, council members, and the others I blog about, are really like, what they are made of, their fiber. Look at em, they don't know who is ling to who, what secret deals who made with who, what the other is scheming on, what crimes the other guy is covering up. Who's going to back stab who.

Alveraz is crooked as the rest, but worse, for 1, letting, aiding and supervising, her own team, judiciary and law enforcement to break the law. I have provided here with all the evidence to arrest and convict, many people. She just aids, conceals, and ignores. This makes her a criminal. ditto for Lisa Madigan. Their conduct, is a disgrace in almost every country in the world. If a cop ran over, mauled down, one of the village council family members, turned them into a vegetable, perhaps a independent investigation would take place, heads would roll. But if the village council has no respect for you or me, why would they care about family members?

A cop, member, of the fraternal order of police, intentionally lies to a judges face, makes a false report, with no repercussions, no worries. He has a union, FOP, village, D.A., judge, to back him. Then goes across the hall and does the same with another judge, Then goes down stairs and does it in front of another judge. I seem to be the only one complaining. Maybe if others could, they would.

Before the cop gives testimony to the courts, the assistant states attorney, often, praises the cop, goes through a list of his high qualifications, certificates, training, education, skills for his professionalism, training, continuing education, observation skills, bla, bla, bla, kind of be-littles the person that was arrested, deal making, plead guilty, to another lessor crime. That's just another kick in the face, especially if the assistant states attorney know the cop is not telling the truth. So here we have 2 residents in town that were mauled over, by one or two of these highly trained and obsverent people, investigated by a fellow teamster, fellow FOP member, hummmmm, kind of makes a person wounder.....

What's a union brother going to do, rat out, another brother?

I mean what the heck, I have proven beyond a shadow of a doubt, a dirty cop, has, support from the entire community, state, courts, Anita Alvarez, attorney general Lisa Madigan, every law professor, law teacher, law school facility member in the stat of Illinois, approves of the criminal actions, I blog about (no one has said a thing), as far as I am concerned. every senator and the president of the United States, don't seem concerned also (I have to admit, I have more respect for the president, after making a personal thought about that Cambridge matter). Improper "conduct", just a ancient word, Webster is probably going to take out of the dictionary, along with a bunch of other words that seem to mean little to many (all related to law, justice, ethics, moral value).

A citizen have no rights. (that is what the cop said in court, I can agree with him on that)

I think there should be a independent investigation just to remove any doubt of any thing inappropriate.

Well hotdam boys, this one's sure turnin out to be a pressurecooker. Well, to throw my two cents into the game, I first have to tell you that the Toyota dealership deal? dirty, dirty, dirty. Some people just don't know thier 'you know what' from a hole in the ground. Do you know that that wasn't the first operation of that scale that wanted to locate to Palatine, but some of the principals involved were pressured by a drunk councilmember whose last name begins with J, to commit to private payouts? Boys, I gurandamntee that dealership is paying out to people you wouldn't believe.

I have me a bit of money too. And when the wife and I wanted to start a business in a certain persons district, it was made clear to us that no bribe = no deal.

It seems like my blogs are just a tip of the iceburg of the dirt, corruption, that over flows, here in town. I lived in Palatine 35 years? and a lot of this stuff, I never new about, until poking around. Heck, Jim's father probably knows a lot more than I do and this was before, his son become mayor.

These are more people that will lie to your face, in a court of law or not, don't matter. This is called garbage in garbage out.

I have informed enough people, governmental agencies, normally they would all loose their license to practice law, case review and be charged with crimes.

Palatine has Judge Scotillo's law bar in town that has led the way in providing it's self with false documents, obstruction, cover ups. Tatooles and Inverness to the west. Bloomberg and Arlington Hts to the east (there are phone

records of my contacting Bloomberg's office and a log with my appointment, to review post trial documents). Unknown at the time, all chummy buddies of Scotillo in Urso's court house, law bar.

Scotillo, probably bought his from Burke (back in the days when Scotillo's uncle was a big, big time crooked judge?) and this is why when a supreme court justice called me (I think this was the one that handled the Blogo matter), I referred him to lawyer #3. After words lawyer #4's appeal was a joke (a 5th grader could have done better) but (back to other story), since there is a Burke in the Illinois supreme court, I do not think that any one was going to rock a boat with Scotillo. than others, because no body dares to rock the boat, to much to loose, hence there's preputural filth. Most likely Scotillo's wife played right along with her law bar association, getting thousands of other lawyers to play along or else..

Hummmm Scotillo was 2 term president, his wife was 2 term president, 21 years editor, Tatooles was president, I shown a little of their dirt, and there is money, just another place to hide pay off's and laundry money.

Scotillo is one of those who has the whole justice system in his pocket and lawyers, D.A.'s he buys all the time. They are all afraid of a crooked judge.

I'm not afraid of a crooked judge, cop, d.a., lawyer, mayor, village council, as to what they can do to me. I am afraid and sad, of the harm they do to society. I think they also are a real terror in the world.

As I said before why would all these lawyers risk losing their law license and going to jail, unless a power higher than them told them to do so. That power would be Scotillo, Judge Scotillo, for one.

If Judge Scotillo wants to piss on the legal justice system, he can do it, been doing it for so long, he knows no other way. That is ditto to others i blog about.

Where else can the police chief's son say in a court of law we obtain false confessions from innocent people? With no legal, moral, civil, community repercussions. Jim Schwantz is now the boss, in control of this activity. Gizmo, America, only country in the world were the government that is elected by the people, approves of torture.

Church on sunday, 1 hour a week and they get their soles cleansed, go to a school meeting or 2, hold a few babies, give a few twisted words to the media, take a few pictures, send your goon squad out for another week of what they do best, and your set.

If you have a problem, call Schwantz to move something, I'm sure he could arrange it.

Mullins and her idotic, lap dogs of a village council

You ever watch a meeting? I rest my case. Look at, all the times Mullins and her goon squad village council threatened to have village residents arrested at the Village board meetings?

Village council members make 12k per year and have a nice 45k per year perk package.

Palatine has many bars. A bar for every one. Your not going find a council member falling off of a bar stool next to a cop, nor are you going to find the brass getting wasted next to a subservient.

I wounder not where's the mayor gets wasted. hahahahahah, telling you of favorite intoxicating beverages would be easier than bar tabs, that alone would be a blaster.

Like I said, testing for drugs before work and after work, many in Palatine (mostly the police dept) would not be showing up.

There should be some embarrassing video's out there, which could create some major problems.

Palatine relocated Dirty Nellies and built them a bar on city property, a high rise parking garage to go with it, and it is rent free (1200 seating capacity x 3 drinks per hour)

Palatine wanted the property.

Has Palatine done any thing to make sure the customers hop in their car sober?

Mayor Mullins and her goon squad Village Council allows and encourages drunk driving and has probably ordered her cops not to arrest people close to the bar or not to many, that would bad for business, which could effect a kick back.

Where do you think the Palatine Police are when all these people leave the bar?

Palatine know crimes are in the process of being committed,

Palatine know 1200 people are leaving the bar, hoping in their car and heading home,

Palatine know, that a person don't go to a bar to drink water (generally)

The Police department should be arrested also for the sheer massive negligence, incompetence, but as you scroll down, you will see how associate judge Scotillo, the appellate and D.A.'s office encourage such corruption but just a routine, day, in the life of the law.

I say it is the duty of the Police to prevent a crime from happening.

For sure mayor Mullins and her village council have no interest, until she or the council are arrested or are personally held liable for the consequences. Why do we have to wait for a unfortunate consequence (this day probably will come sooner, just a ticking bomb waiting to happen?

Then the next question, arrested by who, a cop they can fire? A cop falling off a bar stool (plenty of evidence) (a bac or drug test before and after duty, Palatine may not have a cop returning to work, but fudge the documents, tamper with evidence, no problem (this has been court approved by Judge Scotillo and his wife's, in town law bar and upheld by the appellate. A cop driving around on drugs (plenty evidence)? A police chief that is passed out after lunch?

It's simple (but to hard for me to figure out), I suggest close all the bars down until they (the bars) figure a way that nobody drives away with a bac level. or have the booze companies add a trace substance, so when problem occurs, trace back to the bar (but that is no good because that allows a crime to take place and a continued hit or miss chance to get pinched)

Then the city must address a bac level for others, any bac level is public intoxication. If public intoxication is not allowed ...................

Mullins has been a disgrace as mayor for 20 years . Look at the consequences of her actions a little more closely and find garbage, corruption, filth, abuse.

I think Mullins village pension, 70k benefits package, her village credit cards, village car should be revoked. Her income from part time job Mayor is 22k, her part time job from SALF 30k, 100k? (but look at the books (SALF web site) Rita's income is hidden). Mullins is a millionaire, money hidden all over the place.

I would not trust this dirt bag for 2 cents. After I sent her and 3500 others email about her cops high on drugs, perjury, tampering with evidence, shake downs and she did nothing, what other conclusion should I draw? She is a nice person? I certainly don't think so.

I'm no angle but there are no role models or good examples of government on this blog.

6 months ago a Palatine resident called the community development department asking for my phone number, her kitchen sink would not drain, needed rodding out and wanted to call me. Community development said "I need to take out a permit before she could give me this information". The lady got my phone number from a neighbor.

The community development department is 1 of many centers of corruption in Palatine, in the form of bribes, extortion, pay offs, contracts, bids, the demolition of Palatine it's self.

A few may recall, this story is about the building department letting a x-fireman do major, commercial plumbing work, then threaten the plumbing inspector with removal of needed health insurance for his sick wife, if he said anything. People in Palatine knows who I'm talking about and the related messes. The fire chief was probably involved in this cover up also. When Harry asked where is the licensed plumber on the job, then, shut the job down, the x-fireman then most likely called his old boss and they made up a story about smelling alcohol on the inspectors breath. Harry tried to do his job, to follow and enforce the Illinois State Plumbing Code, but Harry's bosses forced him to look the other way and violate the law. I am sure this was not the first. After that this guy could do what ever plumbing he wanted, with no inspection. Harry was never allowed near him, some jobs were disasters of the highest degree. Harry was let go because of "old age". Welcome to the corrupt Village Hall of Palatine, this is nothing new, just a new twist.

I rodded the sewer at Gary's old house last week, he was a Village of Palatine inspector, who lost his job after failing a defective set of concrete steps on inspection (water would not drain off, thus, they would freeze in the winter). This was one of Hummel's Palatine projects. Word had it is that Hummel was pissed, cost him a couple thousand dollars to fix it. I would bet, after that, no one failed or questioned any thing done by Hummel.

How come the city can't plow there own streets?

Where is officer Baker, every city salt truck, with plow, salt, spreader, is over weight!!!!!!, what about CDL?

Where is officer Baker, checking for CDL's and weight with Hummels drivers of heavy equipment?

Baker is just 1 more dirty cop in Palatine.

Baker told another plumber who has a small dump truck that he can get a ticket for being over weight, even though he wasn't, a bunch of tricks as to where the tires are, on the scale.
