Yesterday, I saw a squad car in emergency mode at the same intersection (mauling #1) traffic lights were not in a emergency mode), no white light. If that morning, the red light camera took a photo. The red light was on, but the intersection might not have been in the emergency vehicle response mode. If the red light camera took a photo, it would be of the back license plate and location of vehicle on the pavement (these cameras are behind the car, once the car advances to a violation point. (see the intersection photo post way below). Why would the camera take a picture of the back of a persons head? These camera's are not panoramic, wide screen. When the deputy chief made a statement indicating, the red light camera, clears the cop. I don't think the deputy chief is correct, don't forget, he aids, covers up, obstructs justice, encourages perjury, false documents, so he must lie like a rug also, don't know when to tell the truth? it is confusing to him? so he lies all the time, to keep it simple.
As to the matter yesterday, Since the deputy chief don't know how fast the squad car was going, I would suggest he look at the board where all cars at all times, then hit the rewind button and play back.
I reported Mark Wenrich and Hunter were hallucinating on patrols, the cop that could not see the only guy on a 7 lane highway and this cop, good chance hallucinating also (raiding the evidence room again? (their testimony proves it) they testified they saw things that were not there.
How many times must this happened, I warned a lot of idiots, of the other idiots, almost 5 years ago, 2 years ago, last year, last month.
