Instead of nabbing one of his buddies, staggering out of a bar, he is busy nailing landscapers for license plate lights or to many lawn mowers on a trailer or nabbing some one driving to the village recycle area with 1 to many bags of grass clippings in the back of a pick up or pulling over a plumber 12 times, just to show who is boss (personally I think it was for a pay off, in order to stop harassing the plumber).
He is right there looking for a cash on a pull over (that is what he did to my brother, who spent 20 years in the military, he did not know what to do when Baker hit him for a pay off, so the first week back from his 20 years and he is going to spend time in cook county jail, because he would not pay off baker). The scales at Jim Schwantz's moving company is right there in the middle of this. Maybe baker was at the bar, pounding down shots when Jim was having his kick off party. I would bet more than a few of Bakers comrades were there getting wasted.
Maybe if Baker would speak Spanish, road side payments would increase.

The mayor is using a firm that does municipal work (probably pushing the legal fees onto the village or entity there of) and the firm that defends the defendants is the wife of a judge that defends Mullins and the corruption she breeds.
Lets not forget about the judges Law Bar, Northwest Suburban Bar Association, (both Scotillo's were 2 time presidents) Nancy Scotillo law bar matriarch for 23 years? Lawyer #1 past bar president, lawyer #2 board of governor.

Village council members make 12k per year and have a nice 45k per year perk package.
Palatine has many bars. A bar for every one. Your not going find a council member falling off of a bar stool next to a cop, nor are you going to find the brass getting wasted next to a subservient.

Palatine relocated Dirty Nellies and built them a bar on city property, a high rise parking garage to go with it, and it is rent free (1200 seating capacity x 3 drinks per hour)

A cop falling off a bar stool (plenty of evidence) (a bac or drug test before and after duty, Palatine may not have a cop returning to work, but fudge the documents, tamper with evidence, no problem (this has been court approved by Judge Scotillo and his wife's, in town law bar and upheld by the appellate. A cop driving around on drugs (plenty evidence)? A police chief that is passed out after lunch?
It's simple (but to hard for me to figure out), I suggest close all the bars down until they (the bars) figure a way that nobody drives away with a bac level. or have the booze companies add a trace substance, so when problem occurs, trace back to the bar (but that is no good because that allows a crime to take place and a continued hit or miss chance to get pinched)
Then the city must address a bac level for others, any bac level is public intoxication. If public intoxication is not allowed ...................

In a normal court case, I would think, some one would be afraid to make a fool of a judge or them self's. Take a oath to tell the truth, then lie to the courts face, present false evidence, cover up, obstruction,
this seems like, must be, a regular occurrence (why else does no one seem to bat an eye?).
So, next time some one wants the truth, why not, tell em, don't have to, the Illinois appellate court gave approval of such conduct, so unless your a higher court that says other wise, you will get what ever I feel like.

My name is Mike Mars. I have been working and living in town for about 35 years. I am a state of Illinois licensed plumber, state licensed back flow inspector and a state licensed plumbing contractor, when I can afford it.
I don't gouge, rape, gore, steal or cheat people, so my income is not much at times, not bubbling over. I know my business, do clean work, pay my bills, am a square shooter, to the point, don't screw around, don't give any one hook line sinker. Most of the time when I go to work, it is emergency, I do not take advantage of any one and do the best I can. I enjoy helping other people and being neighborly.
Nobody died and leave me any thing, I do the best I can and treat others the same.
I got arrested by Palatine cops, that was high on drugs and the criminal cover up of biblical proportions, that followed and is legal (a false police report and the perjured testimony by a cop is all you need, (the nature of this bogus report can suggest nothing else, except, maybe the cop is mentally ill, perhaps, the city hires mentally ill people, as not to discriminate, or maybe officer Wenrich is dumber than a stump and the village gives him a badge and a gun as not to discriminate against dumb people)).
If a judge, cop or the D.A.'s office does a crime or criminal cover up, it's legal and becomes law (I got the conviction to prove it).
I have no respect for any one or any one involved in obstruction of justice, cover up, aiding and abetting. I don't care what police department, village council, what mayor, what judge, what D.A or who, don't matter what gender, age, education, employment, race, religion, nationality.
I would say, I let 800? judges know about this and they all choose to obstruct justice, what a buddy system. Until filth like this is cleaned up, nothing will change. The courts give a green light of encouragement and perpetration of unlimited, unchecked dirt.
Maybe I got it wrong and it is written in law that a judge, cop, D.A. when presented with serious crimes, they have a option to ignore.
I just don't think it is a good thing.
Giving these people the power of life or death, truly makes criminal justice warped.
But then, I do not think Martha Steward is a criminal, (in my case I have proven more serious crimes and every one walks free).
Maybe the cover up is because the cop, Wenrich, is mentally, ill and the judge, does not want to discriminate against a mentally Ill cop? (does that make sense?) or maybe the judge is just 1 more crooked judge in cook county?
I got no problem with employment of the mentally ill, but I would think as a cop on patrol, with a gun, might not be the best place.
Maybe Scotillo is mentally ill also and feels for the cop, and thus the cover up (keep it in the closet, type of thing)?
Go to law school to become a crook? Run for mayor to become a crook? Ware a badge and gun to become a crook? Different strokes for different folks, they are all the same, legalized thugs.
Look at the cover up at Browns, 2 village council members cleaned up the crime scene and the mayor quashed a investigation which targeted the Village of Palatine Police Department.

Double standards has been made legal (I informed them and about 3500 others, in-all, they chose to look the other way and let criminals with a badge and who are officers of the court, walk).
How are you going to treat some one who has been addicted to corruption for a life time, who has had the power to say no and not be questioned? 1 minute is to long, no body should have absolute power.

I got arrested by Palatine cops, that was high on drugs and the criminal cover up of biblical proportions, that followed and is legal (a false police report and the perjured testimony by a cop is all you need, (the nature of this bogus report can suggest nothing else, except, maybe the cop is mentally ill, perhaps, the city hires mentally ill people, as not to discriminate, or maybe officer Wenrich is dumber than a stump and the village gives him a badge and a gun as not to discriminate against dumb people)).
If a judge, cop or the D.A.'s office does a crime or criminal cover up, it's legal and becomes law (I got the conviction to prove it).
I have no respect for any one or any one involved in obstruction of justice, cover up, aiding and abetting. I don't care what police department, village council, what mayor, what judge, what D.A or who, don't matter what gender, age, education, employment, race, religion, nationality.
I would say, I let 800? judges know about this and they all choose to obstruct justice, what a buddy system. Until filth like this is cleaned up, nothing will change. The courts give a green light of encouragement and perpetration of unlimited, unchecked dirt.
Maybe I got it wrong and it is written in law that a judge, cop, D.A. when presented with serious crimes, they have a option to ignore.
I just don't think it is a good thing.
Giving these people the power of life or death, truly makes criminal justice warped.
But then, I do not think Martha Steward is a criminal, (in my case I have proven more serious crimes and every one walks free).
Maybe the cover up is because the cop, Wenrich, is mentally, ill and the judge, does not want to discriminate against a mentally Ill cop? (does that make sense?) or maybe the judge is just 1 more crooked judge in cook county?
I got no problem with employment of the mentally ill, but I would think as a cop on patrol, with a gun, might not be the best place.
Maybe Scotillo is mentally ill also and feels for the cop, and thus the cover up (keep it in the closet, type of thing)?
Go to law school to become a crook? Run for mayor to become a crook? Ware a badge and gun to become a crook? Different strokes for different folks, they are all the same, legalized thugs.
Look at the cover up at Browns, 2 village council members cleaned up the crime scene and the mayor quashed a investigation which targeted the Village of Palatine Police Department.
I blog about this horrible experience and it aint pretty, who am I going to call, who would any one call? The police? Look what happened when Drew Peterson's wife's tried it?
Lisa Madigan, Anita Alvarez, Judge Scotillo, his boss Urso, many other courts and law bars have approved, of this dirt and filth, maybe they are addicted to corruption and need help. Double standards has been made legal (I informed them and about 3500 others, in-all, they chose to look the other way and let criminals with a badge and who are officers of the court, walk).
How are you going to treat some one who has been addicted to corruption for a life time, who has had the power to say no and not be questioned? 1 minute is to long, no body should have absolute power.
The village of Palatine, the Attorney General of Illinois, the Cook County States Attorney, all the judges, all cops can beet me up, those who represent the State of Illinois can throw me in jail and do what ever else they want, but the facts will always remain the same and will never go away, the corruption in my trial is a public record and a public disgrace. I would not want to lie about such a thing.
These people do not represent law and order, but instead, made carriers of promoting double standards with cheep and loose; law enforcement, criminal justice system, ethics and of course, lets not forget about the buddy system. These people are the real criminals, who aid and abet 8 hours a day. day after day, year after year. 2 timing, say one thing, take a oath to do something and do another.

when they lie and cover up for each other?
What ever happened to code of ethics, pride, integrity, being proud, doing good, civil rights, moral fiber?
I got 35 years of customers, in and around town, most happy, some with my number on their fridge, call me before any one else, even a number of people who use to work for the village (not every one who works for Palatine is a dishonest jerk).
I have often opened up many drains, fixed pipes where other contractors could not or would not, unless they could gouge, rap and steal (see far below for some examples).
I get along with people, until, I come across a guy or company, that wants to sell and shove down my throat or any ones throat, a bunch of crap.

Look at the Drew Peterson investigation in the water, we all saw the Illinois state police dragging the cars up out of the water, which obviously destroyed any evidence, that would would have been at the bottom, a toss from the dock. Another bunch of criminals with a badge and this is law. We all watched it on TV they, tamper with evidence, a crime scene. You or I did such a thing we would be in jail.

you guys see that company in California, that is making a electric car 0 - 60 in 4 seconds, 250 miles a charge, 47 minutes for a re charge in a regular out let. Selling for 100k, they make 30 a month, the next year supply of cars are already sold. I guess they are coming out with a 1/2 price model.

America is hugely responsible for this whole global mess, by selling, hiding and miss leading and packing bad debt as A-OK around the world. Basically the only problem the world has is the huge, moneys spent on investing in America. Instead of fixing things, the society just lets things rot and let it get worse. I don't think it is good, what is worse, fixing the bad debt is not hard (so easy you or I could do it). But the brains who control every thing just cannot figure it out.
Now the government is doubling down. We all should know what that is.

Fred Hall (once head of the Palatine Park district (now bar manager at the Legion)) and the Palatine American Legion are just one, group of jerks (I talk about in my blogs), who, hired me to do a job, then didn't pay me (I've had my fair share of creeps like this). This is a fine example of the internal make up of these people, what a shame, screw your fellow American's and liquor em up is what Fred and his buddies are all about. Rotten and certainly no pillar of the community.
