Filth in the burbs
In a normal court case, I would think, some one would be afraid to make a fool of a judge or them self's. Take a oath to tell the truth, then lie to the courts face, present false evidence, cover up, obstruction,
this seems like, must be, a regular occurrence (why else does no one seem to bat an eye?).
So, next time some one wants the truth, why not, tell em, don't have to, the Illinois appellate court gave approval of such conduct, so unless your a higher court that says other wise, you will get what ever I feel like.
It also seem, I am the only one concerned, in the Village, in the State of Illinois, maybe the country.
Since law enforcement and the Village of Palatine manipulate and pollute a court of law, what they do out side a court of law is much, much worse, horrifying, if they can do it others can do it.
Since the Rolling Meadows court house has approved of a false police report, the court probably approves; false 911 reports, false police reports, false building dept reports, false fire department reports, this is city stuff, now lets expand to false hospital reports, false bridge inspection reports, false air craft safety reports, false fbi reports (this is like a full cycle, every aspect of our life's full of false reports) you name it, what's the diffrence
or
the courts pick and choose what false reports, lies, perjury is ok, allowed, which is not. If the courts pick and choose, I think we should be able to pick and choose.
This is bs, there should be no false reports. Lies and perjury should not be ok. End of Story.
The courts have evolved into the gutter. Most of us has seen this and I guess some of us has seen high quality court. Like playing the lotto, you don't know what you get until the event.
How do you tell the court that they should maintain these fundemental rules?
Scotillo and the appellate allowed false testimony and reports in my trial. They must (they do as they please any way), allow the same in other trials, or there is a prejudice, law is equal, what is good for the goose is good for the gander.
Palatine is your city. Judge Scotillo made this law, all false reports are legal, the D.A.'s office, the appellate court, the attorney general agrees. This is a conclusion a person can easly come to. A judge's ruling on phony evidence provided by the village is law.
Hey, folks, let them play their bs game, not much we can do about it other than blog it to death, but still, honesty is the the best policy, it's a good thing.
This blog is a example of a few ways, how mayor Mullins and her Village council runs her city.
Blog down further and you will see many examples of a delusional set of people who run a village.
Get this, Palatine has a CSI and it's own judge. If they don't follow this corrupt protocol, some one is loosing their job. Ain't this scary or what?
What's worse, a lunatic cop high on drugs walking around with a gun or stun gun? What's worse, it's with court approval.
If a cop is going to bust the mayor of the town he works in, he will probably get fired, chief will tear up the arrest, the cop won't be able to get another cop job. Let me count the ways Village criminals walk free and cops get more and more crooked every day.
