Facts - Alcohol is a poison, alcoholism is a deadly disease. A person may be a alcoholic and not even realize it.
legal for the guy to drink poison
legal for the guy to pay for the poison
legal for another human being to serve him poison to drink
legal for owner of the place to have a place specially built to serve humans poison
legal for the city to allow to serve the poison
legal for the guy to walk out while the poison is doing its job
legal for a cop or any one to run this person over as the poison tells this guy to walk down the middle of the street.
legal to arrest the guy, send him to jail for having this poison in him.
What is humane about this, what moral value, were is the intelligence, some one tell me.

I don't want to see people with a disease necessarily arrested, hurt or hurt others. I want to see treatment, education and support. We can sue a tobacco company because of the great hazards to health, smoking does. But Booze companies cannot be held responsible. What a sad state of affairs.
