A good question to Sotomayor.
What if she got a case to rule on, ruled on a case, or in another case, became aware of obstruction of justice, perjury, false evidence, tampering with the witness?
She learned the arresting police officer provided false evidence, lied on the witness stand, facts of the case were false, the fellow arresting officers, 2 Villages, D.A's office, all judge, all the way up to the supreme court of that state, aided and assisted in the cover up, at trial or post trial ex parte communication.
Upon further review, she discovered that there was undisputed facts, the arresting officer was hallucinating during the arrest, out of his mind, or dumber than a stump. Other officers, shift commander, deputy chief and police chief, were the first to covered up the facts. The Judges in town Law bar was involved in the cover up.
Defense lawyer 1, brother was mayor of next town, which is where a good number judges live, which relied on police, fire protection and public works from the arresting officers town, past president and current member of the judges law bar (A person would think that government would want descent, law abiding, sober, drug free, honest, truthful, police officers - not so )
Every law school faculty member or professor at every law school (in Illinois), every chief justice at every court house (in Illinois), every federal judge (in Illinois at 1 court house), every state elected official (still working on that, but quite a few, so far), was notified and decided to aid in the cover up, do nothing, about 4k emails went out to people that I felt could make a difference.
not one person said there is a problem here.
not one person said this cannot continue.
not one person said we have to look at other cases that have been corrupted.
not one person said this is wrong.
not a one person has the guts, moral fiber, balls, self respect to stand up for telling the truth,
instead sleaze around like a worm, with no back bone, common sense, or dignity
What would she do? go along, so what, who cares, tough luck, don't bother?

What crimes could Tom be charged with for not reporting a crime?
What if the crime is done by people in the agency Tom report crimes to?

Does the crime matter - murder, bribes, theft, drugs, tampering with evidence?
What if Tom reports the crime to the guy who commits the crime,
What if Tom's personal life might be in danger.
What if Tom believes the report will be tossed away.
Is Tom held accountable if he did or did not reported the crimes? is so,
Who does Tom report the crimes to?
What if Tom remain silent and knows the crimes continue and expands?
What if Tom does nothing.
Does Tom have a greater responsibility for reporting a crime than the guy who cuts the grass?
What if Tom was a judge, senator, governor, mayor or another cop?
What if Tom saw a crime by a cop, judge, states attorney, all 3 together in a crime together?

Thank goodness Scotillo or any of the other judges involved or who I contacted are not up there. Could u imagine a crooked judge from Cook County, a judge at the high court? It's bad enough they're in Springfield. I contacted some where around 4k people, and they were not blue collar.
I'm listening to the Sotomayor hearings, what are they talking about? Don't make sense. The language she is using, does not apply to Illinois.
X-senator Obama and Durbin have no problem with the criminals in the government, courts and law enforcement, I emailed them about. Maybe they don't want any investigation to be poking around about any thing. As far as I am concerned they are just as corrupt, untruthful, dishonest, lacking morals or ethics as the cop high on drugs that pulled me over, busted me cause I didn't want to buy drugs or party with him? I will go one further, there is no evidence that I blew, just cause a cop says it's so? don't mean squat, not around here. Even fellow cops don't believe other cops. Show me the police interrigation surveillance video and I will show you 2 cops, high on drugs. For some reason the video's weren't around. But maybe Obama and Durbin don't know of any honest law enforcement to forward this information to (I could believe that).
2 Top State DUI cops, so high they didn't know where they were, when they arrested me, it was wild. It is right there in the report they filed. Should have torn up the report and started over, once some one sober read it ......... maybe no one straight has read it?
The second the government stop thinking of, it's self, cops and law enforcement as the best thing since a foot ball helmet and deal with it, the better, for us all.
Look at the CIA, ling to congress, no body liked that. Government ling to government.
Truth and honesty, will get a person beet up and roughed up. A person that starts the day should expect every one he or she meets will lie to their face, not to believe any thing, take it with a grain of salt. This is the American society destroying ourselves and the whole world except the politician, know it. Protecting truth and honesty is very important and I think, demanding the truth and related behaviour, is a good thing, well to me anyway.
Watching the Sotomayor hearings, makes me think the senators, must be talking, just to hear them self's talk. Things no longer and for a long time, work glorious ways they talk about. To many years of garbage in and garbage out.
The rule of law is what ever the Mayor, Village council, Scotillo, Alveraz, Madigan or Quin says it is, there is no law and order, it's what ever, who ever wants it to be. In this case, I think they are dealing with wire fraud also.
