Palatine knowingly provided false documents to the courts.
The courts knew before the trial, the police documents were false, that testimony by Police would be perjury

The D.A.'s office knew before trial, the police documents were false, the Palatine Police officer testimony would be false and misleading, knowingly allowed and encourage the police officer to commit perjury.

Mayor's brother, Tatooles, (defense lawyer #1 of 5) knew police documents were false and misleading, knowingly allowed thus encouraged the police officer to commit perjury.
Quite a few knew, Officer Wenrich (top dui cop), was higher than a kite, hallucinating ripped out of his mind, while on patrol, during my arrest, assisted by Hunter (another top dui cop). Palatine cops high on drugs during arrest honored by Judge Scotillo and the D.A's office for this event, lets not forget the appellate honored the cops.
Kind of pathetic, state of Illinois awarded top dui cops, making a dui arrest, while they are out of their mind, in a altered state of conciseness, on some type of drug them self's.
No matter what any one says, this is legal, Scotillo, the D.A, the appellate made this behavior law. I'm the only one that got arrested. I don't think this is good thing, no matter how many lawyers or judges think it is. I think a few D.A.' s, judge, lawyer, law professor think this is hunky dory.
Judge Scotillo ruled during the trial Tatooles was incompetent and allowed the trial to continue. The appellate court agreed with this also. At the same time Scotillo's wife was the law bar matriact, 2 time president (judge 2 time bar president) Tatooles also x bar president, defense lawyer #2 is a governor, of the Northwest Suburban Bar Association. I emailed all of the officials of this bar association, all crooks and a disgrace, if you ask me, their membership of the courts prohibits any of these illegal activities to take place. A Palatine has it's own law bar, a mile? from the police department and 200 feet from the Palatine AA (do you think they spent 2 cents or 2 seconds to help the Palatine AA in any way?). I doubt it. These criminals are stupid, granted the only thing they got going for them, judges, cops d.a.'s, law bars, (which is all you kneed), but you cannot successfully cover up every crime, every time, for ever. There are always new players every where, regardless, there will be a time when this system will over load it's self. Nothing lasts forever.
This goes on and on and on, day after day after day, non stop. The only thing this does, is to exponentially encourage more similar and corrupt activities and exponentially promotes disrespect for the law. It goes hand in hand. Doesn't any one realize this?..

or is law and order kind of like; Tuesday is a law and order day, Wednesday is hay day, Monday is a bribe the judge day (through the regular channels), Thursday is grab bag law day and Fridays are absolute lawless days.
Palatine, Scotillo and the others, sets the lowest standards of moral behavior, ethics, code of conduct, code of honor, right and wrong, a total lack of responsibility. Who ever wrote the code of ethics, better revise. Scotillo has been a judge for 30 years? 30 years of his law and order, no wonder why the court system is such a mess. Where has the policing of judicial activity been? I guess the same place where policing the police has been. Lost in Space.
A court system with no dignity, lack of truthfulness with no will to change are the ingredients to a bad thing. Professional responsibility, or lack there of it's hard to believe, this is why I had a difficult time humbling my self, in front of a crooked judge before he sentenced me.
Wenrich said "I was doing about 30 mph over the speed limit" Tatooles (defense layer #1 asked why didn't you give Mr Mars a speeding ticket?". Wenrich said "he wanted to be nice to me, give me a break" When in fact the speed limit is posted at 35mph and Wenrich testifed in this court it is posted at 40 mph and about 10,000 times in other courts (with judges and D.A's office as witnesses) that the posted limit is 35 mph. I did not ask Wenrich to lie. He did it on his own free will or because he was on drugs, he had no free will after drugs took effect? Scotillo knew perfectly well what was going on. You take one of the prosicutors or my one of my defense lawyers and threaten them with 50 years in jail and they will turn the judge in to save their neck. Just like any one in Palatine (Wenrich for example) do the same he will tell all to save his neck. Deal or no Deal?
Wenrich should be happy Scotillo, his court, his law bar are, crooked. They choose for me, to waver a grand jury indictment. Other wise Wenrich would have perjured in front of a grand jury, also and with false documentation. As it is now, Wenrich only lied and provided false information to Judge Scotillo and the appellate court (who don't care), Who ever is in charge of a grand jury, might feel diffrent. This would have added another 5, 10, 15, 20? years of potential jail time for Wenrich. At some point in time, double standards, court house corruption, crooked law enforcement may no longer be welcome. This is just one of many tricks, judges use to by pass the law. The only problem here is that I was suppose to lay down play dead, and be happy. I did lay down and played dead, until I was no longer property of a crooked judge. All during that time, I was hoping in the mean time perhaps some one would fess up and want to come clean (maybe deceided to become religious or a cleaner citizen or all of a sudden became moral). Since that did not happen, there is no reason to believe that they were honst and truth full on any other arrest, case, trial, report. Another words, unlumited tampering with evidence, perjury, false reports.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I did not do this. I was arrested in a traffic citation. I did not ask a cop to do drugs, I did not ask the judge or D.A.,to be corrupt, or my 5 lawyer defense team to to cover up any thing. All this stuff look like crap and stinks, big time. That is because their is a lot of rotten stuff here (his happens to people all the time), proven in a court of law, public record (case number the scotillo1 blog). Not many people can make a clear cut case of corruption in a court of law. I can and did.

I would assume the Palatine Police department detectives, investigated, found nothing wrong, this is all a fantasy? The police investigating the police, this is why Mullins did not want and quashed investigations by other parties other than, her police department.
