I think my "email" and the scheming to cover up, to aid and abet, to encourage further activity applies to Schwantz, Commander King, and a lot more, is Wire Fraud. After years in a state prison, they can go to a fed pen, with government pensions and benefits. What about kick back money, maybe in a CD or in one, two, three, four, five, six? the off shore bank accounts. So life may not be that bad after all. But, fines could be up to $1,025,000.00?. Mullins should be able to handle this. I think kick backs or extortion can turn into black mail.

Add RICO, racketeering and extortion, It takes less than 1 minute to be guilty of a crime, so Schwantz and his gang could add another 20 years. Quinn, Madigan, Alvarez, the crime commission and a bunch others are equally culpable.

Reid Ottesen, village manager orchestrated these crimes and many more for many years. I would bet the manager before him, had his hand in the till. Maybe the smartest council man, was the one that moved out of state. But still, he bought a house from the same guy that gave Mullins countless thousands of $, that gave others countless of thousands of $. Commander King, I'm sure got his take. In organized crime, all the main players have to get a cut, piece of the pie, IT's there, in more ways than one.

Look at the Investigation by the Arlington Hts Police department into that event where a Palatine cop mulled over a citizen at 3 in the morning. Arlington Hts Police department forced extortion onto me. Had me sign a blank police report or the Woman cop was going to arrest me. Turned out the report was another false document and the Cop aided a illegal immigrant in the commission of a crime. My mistake is that I did not stick to what I thought was wrong and get arrested. If this cop can do this (aid a illegal immigrant in the commission of a crime, which I think led to the immigrant to commit other, state and federal crimes) I'm sure any report on a Palatine cop would be just as corrupt. This is all true. This illegal immigrant worked at Kohls, in Arlington Hts. I suspect she has several social security numbers. I told the cop all this and she said shut up. What do you do to report a crime? I reported crimes and instead of doing something, every one joined in and became criminals.

Hear is a story (I herd), We all know Baker of the Palatine police department. Arrested some one, a locale merchant, driving a truck. In court, the merchant showed the judge the "Illinois rules for the Road book", Officer Baker is wrong, it says so right here in the book. The judge said I don't care what the Illinois rules for the Road book says, Bakers interpretation is the only thing that matters. You Guilty. We all herd about the cop in Chicago that was responding to a burglary, car spun out of control?

Antia Alverez was going to charge the people who commuted the burglary, with, murder, because, they should have known that a cop would come to the crime scene, and possibly kill him self on un salted roads, ordered by the mayor.

Well it turns out the mayor told the highway commissioner, told his crews not to salt the street, as a matter of fact that night, pulled over a few salt trucks that were salting and admonished em.

I gave Nick, a envelope to give to captain Forten of the Palatine Fire department, that explained my story, how the Palatine Police department, cops were on drugs, during my arrest and how the police report was a lie and the police testimony was perjury. Last month, I witnessed a event at Khols in Arlington Hts.

The Arlington Hts police department came. The woman cop, told me to sign a report that she did not fill out, but based upon what she described, was false. I said "no". She said "she was going to arrest me unless I signed" a blank report. I signed.

The police report is false, another cop used extortion, intimidation and threats to get her way. I cannot and am not allowed to get a copy of the report, with out a judges order. The security video cameras in the store, will agree with me and not you. Will you please take the time to, review em? I said and asked the cop. She didn't care.

The woman that the cop based her report on is a

Lisa Madigan has turned her office to a platform of special interests where criminals are free and innocents are deprived of their rights. In her website is a list of cases she has prosecuted since in office. How wonderful would this have been if that list contained Carol Spizzirri and Jon Burge. Have you ever heard of Jon Burge? No?
Here are the facts surrounding him: during 1972-1991 Jon Burge and his officers arrested and tortured around 135 African-Americans at Area 2 police headquarters. Various authorities have confirmed that torturous methods, similar to those used against terrorists, were common practice. They consisted of electro-shocks to ears and genitalia, suffocation, beatings, burnings. In 1983, The Chicago Police Board found Jon Burge guilty of violating department rules and he was ultimately fired. Yet, Lisa Madigan ignored this. A special prosecutor report filed in July 19th 2006, further confirmed that there was strong evidence beyond a reasonable doubt that Jon Burge and his officers committed immoral acts against the African-American defendants, Lisa Madigan remained unmoved. She kept the file dormant for 3 years in her office. In July 10th 2007, the Cook County Board passed Resolution 07-R-290 urging Lisa Madigan to initiate hearings. Lisa Madigan was busy pursuing a computer tampering case that had no evidence . Worst, in June 2009, she asked Chief Judge Paul Biebel to be excused from prosecuting Jon Burge to everyone's dismay. A critical mind might wonder why an Attorney General runs away from such an evidence-rich case?

Well, if anything, Lisa Madigan is not a hypocrite. Thanks God. How could she have prosecuted Jon Burge when in Annabel's case she based her whole strategy on coercing a confession? When she failed to do so, she didn't have ANYevidence in the preliminary hearing and the case was dismissed. But this didn't stop her zeal. The court transcript was ultimately altered and exactly a week later, Annabel was indicted in Chicago based on misleading statements and false documents presented by a pathological liar who happens to be her business partner. Moreover, how could she have possibly prosecuted Jon Burge when she used most of her resources to prosecute Annabel, from conducting Grand Jury hearings, to filing subpoenas, to research Annabel's background, while falling shy of putting under oath the shoplifter, child abuser and schizophrenic liar who happens to be her friend. Too busy at helping her friend reinvent herself in another scam aiming at creating computer laws in Illinois in partnership with the Attorney General Office. Finally, too preoccupied to cast away the suspicion regarding a strange donation made by the Attorney General Office to Save A Life Foundation. Why is Lisa Madigan so stubborn in prosecuting Annabel against all facts? Is this due to the facts that Lisa Madigan is somehow afraid of Carol revealing unpleasant and damaging information? It seemed like Jerry Bratcher had it made. As chief of Police, his salary was $80,000 a year, and he oversaw an 80-man department ranked as one of the best in the country. He had set up lucrative outside consulting businesses analyzing other suburban police departments. And the taxpayers were paying for his drinks, lunches and dinners. No one would question any of it since he had also become a consultant to Micro Aseptic—run by the three village trustees who also ran the police and fire committee. That, together with his strong personal relationship with Mayor Rita Mullins, compromised any real oversight of the Palatine Police Department by the village government. It was all carefully hidden from the taxpayers in a maze of governmental paper buttressed by a village government who fought any citizen attempt to access these financial records.

Jerry Bratcher had created his own Feudal kingdom in Palatine.

Sure, there were a few underlying problems. His consulting and Micro Aseptic sales both depended heavily on the the goodwill of other suburban chiefs. So he had to constantlystroke them while at the same time hiding from them the true nature and extent of his business dealings and how they might affect the other chiefs. While bragging about the academic achievements of his men, he failed to mention he hired five or six chief’s kids — including his own. He also failed to mention he lost $125,000 in an Ponzi scheme which traded commodities.

Bratcher’s kingdom rested on a fragile foundation. He became a prisoner of his own propaganda. He had to constantly exaggerate and puff his own accomplishments and those of his police force to keep his outside business interests rolling. Thus, Bratcher pushed membership in the Northwest Police Academy (NWPA), argued for CALEA accreditation, and promoted the use of the Northern Illinois Police Crime Lab (NIPCL). He couldn’t stop making his sales pitch.

Bratcher also became a prisoner of his own sales pitch.

Bratcher ingratiated himself with his fellow chiefs and promoted his business interests at the same time. The chiefs provided a potential market of more than 100 suburban police forces to which he could offer his consulting services or sell his line of Micro Aseptic products, which could provide everything for a police department from soap to special shoes. Bratcher founded the NWPA, a forum which enhanced the international reputation of the Palatine Force and himself. He later used the academy to branch out into politics endorsing his friend Jack O’Malley. Indeed, Bratcher had employed a full-time PR person for his small-time Police Department. Additionally, the sons of various police chiefs were employed by the Palatine Police Department.

It was working. Eventually, Good Housekeeping magazine would cite the Palatine Police Department as one of the 10 best in the nation. On paper, Bratcher had a superior department. Palatine was not just the normal, under-equipped suburban police force. Many chiefs told us the crime at Brown’s Chicken and Pasta on January 8, 1993 was a terrible tragedy. But “thank God it happened in Palatine.” They knew Bratcher worked with CALEA, which certified suburban police departments, but were unaware that his CALEA connection was at the heart of the Good Housekeeping ranking.

Jerry Bratcher had carefully constructed a house of cards. It was held together by the spiderweb of personal relationships he had built with other chiefs and with the village government. An unsuspecting media and citizenry stood by, never noticing the personal stakes Bratcher had invested with the mayor, village board, and state’s attorney’s office. No one ever questioned any of them about their objectivity or the inevitable conflicts which grew out of these relationships. No one questioned any of them about their non-governmental business. Bratcher was employed as a consultant by three of the village trustees who ran Micro Aseptic.Because of his business relationships with the trustees and his long personal relationship with the mayor, he had effectively neutralized anyone who would be in a position to question his conduct. That connection which James Madison and Thomas Jefferson thought crucial—between the citizens and their elected representatives and “employees”—was crushed. .

Bratcher also receives payments for services from Micro Aseptic, making at least $5,000 in consulting fees in 1995 alone. Bratcher used his considerable reputation and economic clout to help Micro Aseptic sell products to other police chiefs. In one instance, Bratcher used the NWPA as a platform to introduce Micro Aseptic’s products and services. As he had at other occasions, Bratcher introduced Jack Wagner of Micro Aseptic as an expert in combating blood-borne pathogens. He vouched for Micro Aseptic’s integrity and effectiveness. However, he did not reveal his continuing economic relationship with the company.

At the time, Micro Aseptic was owned and operated by two of Palatine’s trustees: Jack Wagner and Gregory Solberg.Wagner also chairs the public safety committee of the village board, which oversees the Palatine Police Department.The public safety committee sets salaries, approves budgets and monitors the department’s performance. Chief Bratcher’s department—along with the Lincolnwood PD—appeared in a 17-minute “police training” tape, which was essentially an infomercial for Micro Aseptic products. The tape credits the NWPA for help in production. (Note: In 1994, Bratcher served as a paid consultant for Lincolnwood as they searched for a new chief.) This is an apparent violation of Palatine’s ethics ordinance which prohibits, “use of village equipment, material or property for personal ... profit.”

Congresswoman's son-in-law dies snorkeling

The son-in-law of U.S. Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.) died Sunday in a snorkeling accident as he vacationed in Mexico with his family, her office and family said.

Michael McLaughlin, 38, was with Schakowsky and other family members near Tulum, Mexico, at the beginning of a week long vacation, Schakowsky's husband Robert Creamer said.

McLaughlin was married to Lauren, 35, who is the daughter of Schakowsky's husband and his previous wife Day Piercy, who lives in New York.

McLaughlin was a filmmaker and editor who lived with his wife in Queens, N.Y.

Creamer said he and other family members were in their hotel near Solinon Bay when another guest with binoculars told them there appeared to be a problem with McLaughlin, who was snorkeling in the bay about 7 miles north of Tulum.

Creamer was the first to reach McLaughlin in a kayak. He said he found his son-in-law face down in the water, and called out to him but got no response. Creamer said he got closer, turned his son-in-law over and realized he was in trouble. He administered mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and put a life vest on him, Creamer said.

"I yelled at him and poked at him and got no response, so I turned him over and it was clear he wasn't breathing,'' said Creamer.

McLaughlin's wife then showed up along with Schakowsky and others in more kayaks to help put McLaughlin on a kayak in the nearly 7-feet of water. Others also arrived in more kayaks to assist and pulled the craft carrying McLaughlin onto the beach where they continued to try to revive him unsuccessfully.

McLaughlin was pronounced dead at a local hospital a short time later, Creamer said.

In a phone interview from Mexico, Creamer said McLaughlin was an experienced snorkeler and diver who liked to snorkel alone. a coroner's report said he had aspirated in his mask and died of asphyxiation, he said.

McLaughlin was cremated, following his own request, Creamer said.

Creamer described himself as heartbroken and praised his son-in-law and the 7-year marriage to his daughter. The couple had planned to adopt their first child in September.

"Michael was one of the most loving and creative people I've ever met. ... and he and my daughter Lauren had one of the most loving marriages I have ever seen,'' Creamer said.

In 2005 Schakowsky's daughter-in-law Fiona died of cancer. She had been married to Schakowsky's son Ian.

Born Oct. 26, 1970, in Berkeley, Calif., McLaughlin was the oldest of three children and grew up in "the shadow of Mount Tamalpais, in Marin County," according to Creamer.

As a young man, McLaughlin was known for his love for the outdoors as his dinner table quips that entertained his family. As a young adult, he attended Sarah Lawrence College where he studied theater and moved with a friend to New York City, following college.

His family said McLaughlin never lost his zest for adventure, regularly white water rafting, skydiving, backpacking and studying Karate.

McLaughlin later moved to San Francisco, where he met his wife Lauren and married her in July 2002. During their marriage, McLaughlin helped his wife start her own business and she helped him pursue his film career as a filmmaker, his family said.

During McLaughlin's career he worked in live theater, puppetry and short fiction. His short film "Shadow Puppets of Doom" was shown in film festivals and won the "Best Screenplay" award in the Marin County Film Festival, his family said. At the time of his death he was filming a pilot reality television show.

McLaughlin is survived by his wife, Lauren Creamer McLaughlin, his mother, Rohana, his sister, Halima, and his brother, Marlin.

My son was arrested by the Palatine Task Force on April 28, 1993. He was wisked away in an unmarked car, taken to a secret location somewhere in Palatine, interrogated and beaten on and off for 33 hours. My son was an 18 year old kid at the time. Those idiots actually thought he "did the Browns Chicken murders"!! Why? Because someone told them he did it ! NO EVIDENCE.

He was never allowed a phone call, or any of his Miranda rights. He never signed anything. There was no video tape, no confession, NOTHING. The two cops who violated his rights were a Sgt. Koziol and a deputy John Robertson. Robertson did most of the punching and slapping. Koziol did the kicking. Both were screaming in his face for many hours!

MY QUESTION to you is this: Because you seem to keep such meticulous records of things, people and events in that area, by any chance (any chance at all?) I wonder if you would know the names of any people who could have been in the building where my son was interrogated on April 28 & 29, 1993 ? Any chance at all?

We are looking for anyone, preferably not a cop, or if a cop, an honest one, who would be willing to speak with us. Perhaps a custodian or clerk working during those 33 hours? Perhaps someone who is no longer a cop? or retired since then?

The cops covered a 2-way mirror with a cloth, so no one in that building could see what was going on in the interrogation room. BUT if any other honest citizen was in the building at that time, they may know something. (our hope)

We're not sure where they took our son, but he didn't think it was the police station. He said it looked like a brick elementary school building. Yet inside were interrogation rooms and some jail cells, so perhaps it wasn't a school--but this is what he remembers.

They were secretive about this location because they were hiding him from the news media and any lawyers who could have intervened. They would have arrived about 3:00 p.m. on April 28, 1993. He didn't leave that building until 10:45 p.m. on April 29th.

Schwantz as a mayor, father, resident, church going member, x-NFL player, seems to have no problem if; a couple of his cops while on patrol are hallucinating, flipping, out of their minds, while another cop shakes down a motorist, while another cop is in the court house ling like a rug, another cop making out a false report, or another cop mauls down a citizen or 2, while, the village pays $4.6 million over market value to a unnamed person, for a peace of property, who his city council is taking bribes from and how much. Down Town Palatine is set up to serve 2,500 drinks per hour, so at any point in time, there could be 2,500 intoxicated motorist leaving down town. Palatine financial structure relies on Hummels banks, If you don't give Hummel the compensation he wants (exclusive deals), he may, pull the credit rating, bond coverage and tighten up credit for the village and the employees that have taken advantage of opportunities. This guy is Neil, I thought he was OK, a plumber with a license, don't find many. We happened to be working for the same guy, for a while. I quit after I got fed up with the guy screwing me around on hours, a bunch of times I purchased material for a job and the guy never paid me back, 3 - 4 hours a day travel time (no compensation), the guy was a jerk. Supply your own pipe dope, solder, flux, saw blades, sand paper, glue, drill bits, core bits, just didn't cut it. There was no money at the end of the day. Shawn left to become a Phoenix cop (Shawn and Pete are OK).

On one of the jobs some one took Neil's dewalt drill, (happens all the time in Arizona, other guys stealing your tools that are sitting right next to you). So I brought 3 from Chicago with me, I gave him one. A drill is a couple days wages, We, working, were having a tough time making things meet.

Neil was licensed in New Mexico. I forget why he, the wife and kid came to Phoenix. Kind of funny, Illinois licensed plumber and a New Mexico licensed plumber, working for a Arizona licensed plumber.

Test, I hate tests. my email was a test to the whole government, as to what are they, what is that person who received my email going to do, the choice is between them and their concious. So, if they did not know if they were a man or mouse, now they know.

The first week working for this guy, I gave them a test. 2 or 3 workers besides my self (the boss, his kid, me and another plumber). This was a Saturday morning, the boss gave me the check inside the new house were were working on (over in the fountain hills ares), the long drive way was roped off and a good 200 feet to the road where we can park, if you know fountain hills , got to park beyond a curve or something like that. So we grab all are tools for the day and put them in the garage, go to work (take to much time to walk to the truck to get the tools). I got my paycheck (in a envelop) I put it in my Duffy tool bag and left it were it was, in plain site but not plain site. I figured it is safe there, just me, the boss and his kid. At the end of the day, it was missing. The boss charged me $50 to stop payment on the check. He or his kid stole the check....., so they could get me the money for a stop payment. At that point on, I knew he was a crook.

Just like this email. I sent 4000? of em out (after I was no longer the property of Scotillo), not expecting much, next to nothing. But there was major corruption, perjury, false statements, tampering with a witness, obstruction of justice. I felt that every one was making a fool out of the system. All I had to do is send out a few emails and I am going to see some house cleaning. Nothing, well a few tit for tat bull. (I'm going to bed, but basically end of story) My emails goes to show a person how many people care or give a hoot. the score is 0 care, 4000 could care less.

Today is July 29, 2009, my brother just called, to inform me that he just saw a flock of geese flying south. hummmmm..... kind of early, I would think.
